Beyond the above requirements, we firmly commit to developing key employee skills and competence.
We currently cooperate with excellent external training providers to ensure attractive training for the seafarers, offering a wide range of courses at a high-quality level.
Being highly trained is a critical component of a worker’s competence and a success factor for Island Offshore. All seafarers must be adequately qualified and possess sufficient experience to work safely. Combining physical and digital training allows officers and operators to gain complementary expertise.
For many years, we have prioritized leadership training for officers and next-level candidates. Together with our long-term partner Symbio, we have developed a full-scale leadership training offering. Active and effective leadership is key to our success and to unleashing the potential in our organization onshore and offshore.
