In connection with job applications we will need to collect information such as name, year of birth, sex and contact details: email address, telephone number, postal address as well as responses to selection survey questions asked on the application form. Applications and CVs registered through our recruitment solution is protected in accordance with a data processing agreement between Island Offshore and ReachMee, a software developer of the recruitment system. This personal information will exclusively be used in the appointment process to match you to vacant positions. Data will be stored for maximum 12 months. However, 30 days before deletion of your data you will be asked if you want to extend your candidature in our database. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
What are your data protection rights?
You have the right to request Island Offshore for copies of your personal data.
You have the right to request that Island Offshore correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete information you believe is incomplete.
